Boolo may collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, profile information, and authentication information.
For sellers, Boolo may collect store information including store name, description, business contact information, address/location, product or service listings, and uploaded images.
Boolo may also collect marketplace activity including orders, appointments, reservations, saved products, messages between buyers and sellers, reviews, ratings, reports, and other activity necessary to operate the marketplace.
Technical information may include device/browser information, IP address, app activity, diagnostics, security information, and general usage information.
2. How We Use Information
Boolo may use information to create and manage accounts, operate the marketplace, connect buyers and sellers, manage orders and reservations, provide messaging, manage seller stores and subscriptions, provide support, send service notifications, detect fraud or abuse, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Payments
Boolo may use third-party payment providers to process eligible payments and seller subscriptions. Payment-card information handled directly by payment providers is subject to those providers' privacy and security practices. Boolo does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card details.
4. Sharing of Information
Boolo does not sell users' personal information.
Information may be shared when necessary with buyers or sellers involved in a transaction, service providers that help operate Boolo, hosting/authentication/analytics/email/security/payment providers, government authorities when legally required, or parties necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.
5. User-Generated Content
Information users intentionally publish on Boolo, including store information, product listings, reviews, or other public content, may be visible to other users or the public.
6. Messages
Boolo may process messages exchanged through the platform to provide messaging functionality, maintain security, investigate abuse, and enforce platform rules.
Messages may be retained or automatically deleted according to Boolo's applicable retention policies.
7. Data Retention
Boolo retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
8. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Boolo account and associated personal information, subject to information Boolo is legally permitted or required to retain.

Boolo uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Boolo is not intended for children under the minimum age required to independently consent to the processing of personal information under applicable law.
Boolo does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on their location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of their personal information.
