How to buy
Choose a store or product, add items to your bag, then place your order with your real name, phone number, and delivery or pickup details.
How to sell
Create a seller account, add your store information, upload products with real prices and stock, then manage orders from your seller dashboard.
How hotel booking works
Hotels use booking requests instead of product checkout. The hotel confirms, declines, marks occupied, and completes bookings from the hotel dashboard.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for normal product orders. Pay the seller when you receive or pick up your order.
MonCash/NatCash coming soon
Mobile payments are being prepared. Until then, product orders use cash on delivery and sellers can submit subscription payment proof for admin review.
Store subscription
Some stores require a monthly subscription. If payment expires, there is a 3-day grace period. After grace, the store is hidden until admin confirms payment.
Refunds and returns
Refunds and returns are handled by the seller based on the store policy shown on the store page. Contact support if a seller does not respond.
Contact support
Use the support page to send a ticket to Boolo admin. Include order, store, product, or booking details so the team can help faster.
